After a decade working across the property industry, our founder had stayed in a great many places. Some were remarkable. Many were not. What became clear was that the physical space was rarely the problem — it was the experience around it.
Missed communications. Inconsistent standards. Hosts who treated hospitality as a transaction. The short-stay market had grown, but the quality of care had not kept pace.
Blanc Collection was founded on a simple conviction: that short-stay accommodation, managed with genuine care, could be something guests would want to return to. Not just visit once.

What types of property do you manage?
+We manage all types of residential property suitable for short-stay letting across the UK — apartments, houses, cottages, and converted buildings. We look for character and location above all else. There is no minimum bedroom requirement.
Do I need to do anything once my property is listed?
+No. We handle everything — staging, photography, listing, guest bookings, communications, and housekeeping. You simply receive your returns.
Do you manage Airbnb properties?
+Yes. We manage properties listed on Airbnb and other short-stay platforms, handling all guest communications, bookings, and property care on your behalf.
My property needs some work — can you still help?
+Yes. If your property has the right character but needs preparation, we can arrange refurbishments through our trusted contractors. We manage the process so you do not have to.
